Next you will be asked about your pets custody, please nominate who you agree will take custody for each of your pets in the event of seperation.

The custodian will be responsible for ALL costs and expenses of the pets for their lifetime, including specifically, but not limited to, veterinary care, food, and final expenses.

Custody right of first refusal

Your agreement includes a clause stating that if the person currently caring for the pet ever decides—or is unable—to keep them in the future, the other party will be offered the chance to take ownership first, at no cost. There’s no requirement for that person to accept, but this clause ensures the pet can stay with someone they know and trust before any other options are considered.
