    To protect the health of our staff we ask that you ensure you are in accordance with the following guidelines before booking an appointment. If you have an appointment reserved and do not meet these guidelines we ask that you reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. I attest that: *I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. *I have not been on antibiotics in the last 7 days. *I have not been hospitalized or traveled internationally within the last 14 days. For your comfort and safety, please notify your stylist if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

    Cancellation Policy: I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too.  To continue providing the best possible scheduling options, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of 50% of all scheduled services does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled unless I'm able to fill the appointment on short notice. If you do not call or show up to your appointment, a fee of 100% of all scheduled services does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Saved Payment Method: All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Stripe, the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor. Service Adjustment Policy: Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are having any challenges and/or not completely content, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Anything different than originally requested or after 7 days of the rendered service appointment will be considered a new service. Retail Policy: All product purchases at Salon Dolce are 100% guaranteed. Unopened retail products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened retail products may be exchanged for another item or store credit within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or gratuity. Salon Etiquette: Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. Confidentiality and Privacy: Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING:

    Once you click submit, you will be redirected to the online booking page. If the redirect does not work, check your email for the direct booking link!

     

    Booking Instructions:

     

    Step 1:

    Once you're redirected to the booking site, you'll want to choose Diana Turner as the staff you'd like to book with.

     

    Step 2:

    Find the "New Guest" Section in which you'll find the Booking Blocks to choose from.

     

    Step 3:

    Select the Booking Block based on what you're wanting to achieve.

    Step 4:

    Follow the prompts to book your appointment.

    You will be required to put a Credit Card on file (stored securely) to book with me, however you will not be charged anything until the end of your first appointment with me, in which you can use whichever payment method most convenient for you.

     

    If you're unable to book an appointment that works well for you, you will also receive a link to the VIP Waitlist in the email sent upon the submission of this form.

     

    You'll also be receiving confirmation and follow up emails from me with more information on how to prepare for your appointment, so make sure to add info@dianaturnerhair.com to your contacts in your email and always check your junk mail to make sure you don't miss them!
